Dr Fidel Rubangumza
Chairman
Dr. Fidel Rubagumya is a distinguished medical professional with extensive expertise in oncology and public health. He holds an M.D., M.Med, and an MPH, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. Dr. Rubagumya has made significant contributions to cancer care and research, particularly in low-resource settings. His work focuses on improving access to quality cancer treatment and advancing public health initiatives.
Dr. Diane Andrea NDOLI
Secretary
Diane Andrea Ndoli is a dedicated public health professional with a focus on health systems strengthening and policy development. She holds a Master’s degree in Global Health and has extensive experience working with international organizations to improve healthcare delivery in underserved communities. Diane is passionate about implementing sustainable health initiatives and fostering partnerships to enhance public health outcomes.
Brandon A. Niyibizi
Board Member
Brandon A. Niyibizi is a public health practitioner and published researcher with close to a decade of interdisciplinary experience in healthcare system strengthening, health education, and poverty alleviation programs. His interests include field epidemiology, health informatics, and humanitarian action. He holds a B.sc. in pharmacy from the University of Rwanda and is completing an Msc. in Global Urban Health at the Albert-Ludwigs University in Freiburg, Germany.
Jean Claude Mutabazi
Board Member
Jean Claude Mutabazi is a trained pharmacist and consultant in global and public health with experience in health projects management and coordination, research, healthvadvocacy, health systems strengthening to name a few. He is a certified leadership trainer from the International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation (IPSF) and a graduate from the African Young Leaders Initiative (YALI)
